Challenges

During rapid year on year growth, AECOM struggled to manage its most important assets, it's people! This was a complex manual process, utilizing spreadsheets with a variety of supporting software solutions that resulted in a lot of inaccuracy, cost overruns, operational bottlenecks and manual interventions. Since majority of the projects are relatively small (duration of approx. 4-6months) and primarily based on skillsets, most of the staff are working on a minimum of 3-5 projects at a time. Prior to establishing a strategic relationship with Keross, Aecom’s challenges were:
